By using Fasak, you agree that all descriptions, images, and other content related to your goods or services must be accurate and reflect the true nature, quality, and characteristics of the items or services being offered. Additionally, you must not post, email, message, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any content on the platform that:

1. Violates Laws & Regulations: Any content that breaches local, state, or national laws, guidelines, or regulations is strictly prohibited.
2. Infringes Intellectual Property: Includes copyrighted, patented, trademarked, or trade-secret-protected material without the appropriate rights or permissions.
3. Contains Harmful or Offensive Content: Any content that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or harmful to minors, or promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or exploitation.
4. Harasses or Degrades Individuals or Groups: Content that insults, harasses, or degrades any person or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, or other protected attributes.
5. Misleads or Deceives: False, deceptive, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate content, including fraudulent offers or misrepresentations.
6. Encourages Illegal or Unethical Activities: Advertisements or listings related to illegal services, money laundering, gambling, or other prohibited activities.
7. Contains Spam or Unauthorized Advertising: Any form of unsolicited commercial messaging, pyramid schemes, affiliate marketing, or excessive posting of duplicate content.
8. Impersonates Others: Misrepresentation of identity, including impersonating Fasak employees, businesses, or other individuals.
9. Promotes Unlawful Transactions: Any listing or advertisement promoting products or services whose sale is restricted or prohibited by law.
10. Introduces Malicious Software: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any content that disrupts the functionality of the platform.
11. Attempts to Manipulate Market Prices: Artificially inflating or deflating product prices in an unjustified manner to deceive buyers.
12. Violates Consumer Rights: Unjustified price discrimination among consumers or making arbitrary classifications that impact consumer rights.
13. Engages in Stalking or Harassment: Contacting users who have requested no further communication or using the platform to stalk or harass individuals.
14. Engages in Unauthorized Data Collection: Collecting personal data from users without consent for commercial or unlawful purposes.
15. Uses Automated Systems to Manipulate Listings: Employing bots, scrapers, or automated tools to post, flag, or remove listings unfairly.
16. Disrupts Platform Operations: Engaging in activities that impair or degrade Fasak’s services, infrastructure, or community standards.

Any content found to be in violation of these guidelines may be subject to removal, and accounts involved in repeated infractions may face suspension or permanent termination. Fasak reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against non-compliance, including reporting violations to law enforcement authorities when necessary.

CLAIMS OF INFRINGEMENTS

Fasak is not liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from materials posted, transmitted, or advertised by users or third parties on the platform.

If you are the owner of intellectual property rights or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner and believe that any content on Fasak infringes upon those rights, you may submit a formal notification. The notification must include a detailed request for the removal of the infringing content, supported by relevant proof of ownership.

• Fasak is a listing platform; we do not guarantee the legitimacy of users or products.
• Buyers and sellers must conduct their due diligence before proceeding with transactions.
• Any disputes, damages, or fraud-related issues must be resolved between the concerned parties. Fasak will not intervene in private transactions.
• If a product malfunctions, is defective, or causes harm, Fasak holds no liability. Users must take responsibility for testing and verifying all items before purchase.
• Transactions involving high-value items should be done in secure, verifiable environments to minimize risk.

5. Dispute Resolution

• Fasak does not mediate or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Users may report fraudulent activities, and we will review violations of our policies.
• If a user is found engaging in fraudulent practices, their account may be permanently banned.

A. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR LISTINGS/ADVERTISEMENTS/PUBLISHING

1.  Listers must ensure they have obtained all necessary rights and authorizations before submitting any descriptions, images, financial details, contact information, or other content related to their listings or advertisements on Fasak. This includes obtaining permissions from property owners, product manufacturers, photographers, and copyright holders for any materials used in the listings.

2. Fasak is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The platform strictly prohibits advertisements that exploit or mislead children, promote unrealistic expectations, encourage unhealthy behaviours, or include endorsements from celebrities for age-restricted products.

3. Listers must provide clear and accurate information, including business details, product/service specifications, pricing, return policies, and warranty terms. Upon request, Listers must supply additional verification documents, such as business licenses, physical addresses, and customer support contact details, to ensure transparency and consumer protection.

4. Fasak reserves the right to monitor and remove any listings that violate these guidelines. Listers who repeatedly submit misleading or unauthorized listings may have their accounts suspended or terminated. By listing items on Fasak, Listers acknowledge and grant permission for their listings to be searched, displayed, downloaded, and referenced by users of the platform.

B. GUIDELINES FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS AND LISTERS

At Fasak, transparency and authenticity are our top priorities. Users and potential buyers should conduct thorough checks before proceeding with any transaction. The following guidelines are recommended for different categories:

1. Vehicles

Buyers should verify vehicle registration, insurance, pollution control certificates, and legal compliance under the Motor Vehicles Act. Listers are responsible for ensuring proper documentation and ownership transfers.
